- We are already listed in Sourceworks. Do we need a new listing?
- No. Search for your company when you sign up and claim the existing listing, for free. You keep everything buyers already see and take over keeping it current. Your listing stays live whether or not you ever pay for anything.
- We are not listed yet. Can we still list for free?
- Yes. Create your listing from scratch: the materials, shapes, grades and services you supply, your location, and the contacts who receive RFQs. It costs nothing and stays free. Our team reviews it before it goes live, usually within two business days.
- What does it cost?
- Listing is free, permanently, whether you claim your existing listing or create a new one, and that includes your full offering. Super Source adds the badge, instant publishing of your changes, additional listings for other branches and divisions, and listing activity reports (coming soon). It is free for 90 days from your first approval, then $49 a month per listing. No card is needed to start.
- We have several branches. How do we list them?
- Each location or line of business can have its own listing, so a buyer in Ohio can find the Ohio branch. Each company's first listing is free; additional listings are part of Super Source at $49 a month each, whichever login at your company adds them. The 90 free days happen once per company: a listing added while they are running joins them and does not start its own, and one added after they end is billed from the day it is approved.
- What happens if we stop paying for Super Source?
- Nothing comes down. Every listing stays live and RFQs keep reaching your contacts. Your company's first listing stays yours to edit, all of it, with changes other than contacts going back through our quick review. Additional listings are maintained by Sourceworks until Super Source is back on, when they open for editing again. The badge comes off.
- What is the Super Source badge?
- Super Sources manage their own Sourceworks listing and keep its offerings, locations and contacts accurate and complete. Every supplier in Sourceworks is vetted; this badge marks the ones that also maintain their listing themselves.
- Do you take a cut of orders?
- No. Buyers contact you directly and you quote directly. Sourceworks never sits in the middle of the deal.
- What if we supply something that is not on your lists?
- Add it anyway. New materials, shapes, grades and services are reviewed by our team and either added to the vocabulary or matched to the name buyers already use.
